Wayne
Managing DirectorWayne is the Managing Director of Browning and brings a depth of experience earned through decades in the motor trade. He began his journey as an apprentice in the workshop at another dealership and has since worked across every area of the industry, including parts, sales, and aftersales management.
Before taking over Browning in 2004, Wayne served as a dealer principal, further developing his leadership and business insight. His approach has always been hands-on; whether it’s overseeing transportation or stepping into the daily running of the business, Wayne is never one to sit back. He’s far from the typical managing director—always involved, approachable, and ready to help wherever needed.
Wayne’s long-standing commitment to the local community and his role in getting thousands of cars on the road reflect his passion for the trade. His experience, drive, and personal leadership style continue to shape Browning as a proudly independent dealership with strong community roots.

Mikhail
Mikhail brings over a decade of valuable experience to the Browning team. He started from scratch as a trainee and worked hard to rise through the ranks over a short period of time. He has also completed the prestigious AFI Future Leaders Programme, demonstrating his dedication to growth and leadership within the automotive industry.
During his career, Mikhail held a role outside of a dealership but still within the motor trade, which saw him travel extensively across the UK. He used his industry expertise to support dealerships in a variety of ways, a key part of this role was in stock management, ensuring dealers have the right cars at the right price. We’re pleased he brought this experience back to Browning.
Known for his can-do attitude, Mikhail is always ready to step in wherever he’s needed. His role doesn’t fit a traditional job title, he simply does whatever it takes to support the team and keep the business running smoothly.
Mikhail is committed to helping Browning navigate the evolving challenges of the industry, with a clear focus on ensuring the dealership not only survives but continues to thrive as an independent business.

Tom
Aftersales ManagerTom is the Aftersales Manager at Browning, bringing over two decades of customer service experience to the team. Since entering the motor trade in 2012, Tom has built a strong reputation for his approachable manner, attention to detail, and dedication to customer care.
He joined Browning from a large PLC dealership and quickly embraced the more personal, independent environment. Since becoming Aftersales Manager in 2022, Tom has played a key role in maintaining high standards across the service and workshop departments.
Tom’s commitment to exceptional service was nationally recognised when he received an IMI Award for Customer Service, highlighting his focus on putting customers first at every stage of their journey.
His leadership, industry knowledge, and passion for delivering a positive experience help ensure Browning continues to provide reliable, friendly, and trusted support to every customer who walks through the door.

Jess
Parts & Service AdvisorJess is a Parts and Service Advisor at Browning, bringing three years of motor trade experience to the team. She joined Browning afterworking at a PLC dealership and has really embraced the more personal, independent atmosphere the dealership offers.
In her role, Jess is responsible for booking in customers, organising parts, and keeping clear communication flowing between the service team and technicians. Her day-to-day work is all about making sure everything runs smoothly and customers feel well looked after.
Before moving into the automotive industry, Jess worked extensively in social care, giving her strong communication skills and the ability to build trust quickly with customers. Her calm, friendly approach and attention to detail make her a valuable part of the Browning team, helping ensure every customer has a positive experience from the moment they walk through the door.

Cheryl
AdministratorCheryl is a key member of the Browning team, working as an Administrator. Her role covers the essential paperwork and preparation involved with every vehicle, helping to ensure everything is in place for a smooth handover to customers.
She has been with the dealership since before Browning took over in 2004, giving her over 20 years of continuous service. Cheryl originally joined in a part-time position on the service and reception desk before moving into administration, where she has continued to develop her skills.
Trained on the job, Cheryl has gained a strong understanding of the dealership’s operations and is known for her reliability, attention to detail, and approachable manner. Her long-standing commitment and adaptable attitude make her an invaluable part of the team.
Cheryl’s dedication and experience play a vital role in keeping everything running efficiently behind the scenes at Browning.

Sophie
Marketing AssistantSophie is the Marketing Assistant at Browning, bringing fresh knowledge and enthusiasm to the team. She recently completed a degree in Marketing and Branding after three years of study, equipping her with a solid foundation in the field.
Since joining Browning a year and a half ago, Sophie has been focused mainly on the digital side of marketing. She plays a key role in managing the website and social media channels, helping to raise the dealership’s online presence.
Eager to continue developing her skills, Sophie is committed to growing her expertise and contributing even more to Browning’s marketing success in the future.

Steve
TechnicianSteve is one of the most experienced members of the team at Browning, bringing an impressive 57 years of knowledge to the workshop. He has been with Browning for 21 years, having previously spent 7 years at the dealership before Browning took over in 2004. His long-standing commitment to the business and its customers makes him a vital part of the team.
As a Suzuki-accredited technician and fully qualified MOT tester, Steve is known for his meticulous attention to detail and experience. He plays a key role in the daily operations of the workshop and is a trusted figure among both colleagues and customers alike.

Kito
TechnicianKito is a member of the workshop team at Browning, where he spends most of his time working hands-on with your vehicle repairs and diagnostics. With 11 years of experience in the motor trade, he brings a wealth of knowledge and a genuine passion for his work.
As a Level 3 qualified technician and MOT tester, Kito has also achieved his Level 4 certification in electric vehicles and is currently working towards his Master Technician qualification. His commitment to professional development ensures he stays at the forefront of automotive technology.
Kito thrives on the challenge of diagnosing complex issues and takes great pride in ensuring every job is completed to the highest standard. His work in the workshop allows him to develop a deep understanding of the vehicles he services, which he finds especially rewarding.

Charles
Apprentice TechnicianCharles is a dedicated apprentice and a valued member of the Browning team, currently completing his Suzuki apprenticeship. He joined Browning in 2023 and is now in his second year of training.
After successfully gaining his Level 2 qualification, Charles is now working towards achieving his Level 3. He really enjoys the hands-on nature of the role, particularly the technical side, taking things apart, understanding how they work, and putting them back together.
Charles has shown great enthusiasm and progress during his time at Browning, and he continues to grow in both skill and confidence as he works towards becoming a fully qualified technician.

Louis
Valeter & DriverLouis is a Valeter and Driver at Browning, with a year and a half of experience in the motor trade. His passion for car detailing goes beyond the workplace. He even spends his free time perfecting vehicles as a hobby, which shows in the care and attention he brings to every job.
At Browning, Louis is responsible for ensuring every vehicle looks its best before it reaches the customer. He also plays a key role in collecting and delivering cars across the country, always willing to go the extra mile. Known for his positive attitude and dependability, he never says no to a task and is always ready to help wherever he is needed.
In addition to his work with vehicles, Louis takes great pride in maintaining the dealership site itself, from clean windows to a tidy car park, helping keep the whole place looking top notch. His enthusiasm, work ethic, and pride in presentation make him a valuable part of the Browning team.
